We find a date that works in your schedule
I send you + your parent/guardian a digital contract to sign and an invoice to make the first payment, a 50% retainer

BEFORE THE SHOOT
You’re welcome to send me any ideas or inspiration you find for your session. I want the photos to scream YOU. I’ll send you my Senior Session Guide that includes suggestions on what to wear, a pre-shoot checklist and other tips I have to help you prep for your session!

AFTER THE SHOOT
My turnaround time for photos is typically around 2–4 weeks, depending on the time of year. If you need your photos by a specific date for your school, let me know and I can work with that deadline. I typically delivery around 50 photos / hour of shooting. I’ll send you a link to your online gallery with all of those edited, high-resolution images. You’re able to download them, share them on social media, use them for school, print them. The only thing I ask is that you don’t re-edit the photos. Take a look at some of my recent work.

Where are you located?
I’m based in Sheridan, Wyoming. You can learn more about me on my About Page!
Do you only photograph Wyoming seniors?
No! You can be from anywhere – I’ve loved getting to work with seniors from all over. You’re welcome to come to me for your session or I’d also be happy to travel to wherever you are located.
Does my session have to be in Sheridan or Wyoming?
Nope! I LOVE to travel. Some of my favorite places to travel + shoot are Nebraska (where I’m originally from!), Colorado, Montana, and South Dakota. If you’re up for a road trip or want to take your session to a fun and adventurous place, let me know in your contact form! I’d love to dream up some amazing locations with you!
What’s the 50% retainer?
It’s a 50% non-refundable retainer that sets your session date in stone on my calendar! It’s not an additional cost, it counts towards the total of your session. If you were to reschedule your session, a new retainer would be due to reserve the new date.
How long until I get the final images back?
My turnaround time for photos is usually around 2–4 weeks, depending on the time of year. If you need your photos by a specific date for your school, let me know and I can work with that deadline.
How many photos will I get?
I typically delivery around 50 photos per hour of shooting.
Do you have payment plans available?
I'm really flexible with how you want to pay. As long as it is all paid in full at least 2 weeks before the session, you can pay however you'd like.
I’m not good in front of a camera — help!
Trust me, just about everyone feels that way! I will give you direction and prompts to get comfortable in front of the camera. You'll be surprised how easy and FUN it is to get your photos taken!
Can I bring someone with me to the shoot?
Sure! Whether it’s your mom, sister or best friend, it can be fun to have someone tag along. Make sure it’s someone you’re 10000% comfortable taking photos in front of.

Can I print my own photos?
Yes! You will have the rights to print your photos wherever you choose. I recommend selecting a professional print lab for best results. If you're spending money on a photographer you love, you may as well spend a little extra getting those photos printed somewhere other than Walgreens (uhgggg pleeeease don't print your photos at Walgreens!). You can order professional prints and products through your online gallery and trust me, they look dang good. In fact, I order my own photos through my online gallery because they turn out so amazing every time!
Print Release: You will get a print release from me for your photos! It gives you the freedom to share, use and print your photos for personal use for ever and ever. The photos are yours! As mentioned above, you will be able to print your photos wherever you please.
Copyright: I retain the copyright to all my images, meaning you are not able to edit/alter the images, claim them as your own work or use them for profit/commercial gain. For example, if a magazine approached you and wanted to purchase an image, you would not be able to sell it to them and would direct them to me.
Can I re-edit the images?
No. Please don’t slap a filter on the photos. Hire a photographer whose style of editing you love without having to tweak it on your own!
